Architects will be sharing their vision for a new building at the corner of 2nd Street SW and 7th Ave. Please come and learn more about this exciting development in our neighborhood and as always, give us your feedback!
2. Update on public hearings for 817 1st Street SW. Come and find out what neighborhood leaders are doing to advocate for better rental property practices in Kutzky Park. Your help and feedback is important on this issue.

Last summer residents of Kutzky Park attended three Imagine Kutzky gatherings to discuss concerns and ideas for improving our neighborhood. Those ideas have been used to craft a preliminary Vision Plan for Kutzky Park.
Please join your neighbors and Imagine Kutzky leaders on January 25th for the presentation of the Imagine Kutzky Preliminary Vision Plan. The meeting is to be held:
