Sponsored by the City of Rochester, Destination Medical Community, Rochester Downtown Alliance and the University of Minnesota, Rochester, the purpose of this project is to learn more about the people, places, activities, lifestyles and culture of our community. Gathering this information from Rochester area residents will help to provide a better fit for future programming, services and events.

SNOW EMERGENCY PARKING ZONE PILOT PROGRAM, including ALTERNATE SIDE PARKING RULES
The City of Rochester has developed a pilot program for winter parking and snow removal with input from Kutzky Park, Eastside Pioneers and Slatterly Park neighborhood residents. See attached flyer for more information here. Michael Scharenbroich from the Public Works Department will be on-hand at the above-mentioned November 29th IK zoning presentation at Lourdes HS to answer questions and encourages your comments, suggestions and feedback. CRIMESTOPPERS
Go to this website www.rochesterolmstedcrimestoppers.org to see the “Most Wanted” in Rochester/Olmsted County. On this website you will see photos of people committing crimes or those on high alert. The system can even upload videos. E-mail, text, or telephone-in your tip. If your tip makes an arrest you will be awarded money. Basically, your phone call is anonymous; its answered by Crimestoppers of Minnesota (not Rochester Police Department). You will be assigned an ID# to your tip, and if your tip makes an arrest, you receive the amount of money allotted to that ID#.
